Dining Room with kitchen access: $600
Non-refundable Deposit (applied to rent): $100
Balance of rental is due and payable in full the day the keys for Building are picked up.
$250 "refundable" cleaning/damage deposit, if Building returned in condition it was accepted. Manager's discretion and call.

Lodge will seat 125 comfortably, and 125 in the Dining Room.
Full kitchen with dishes, flatware, glassware, etc. available to renters.
